CEO and founder
Rosanna is the founder of Zebra and has worked in corporate communications for 20 years.
She is a powerhouse in managing large-scale events and communication businesses, taking a strategic overview of complex projects for corporate, governmental and charitable organisations. Known for the creativity and flair that she brings to the table, she will get under the skin of your organisation and find the best way to bring your content to life. From setting the strategic direction to handling the complexity and detail of production and delivery, she is skilled at guiding project development at a senior level, liaising with clients and stakeholders, troubleshooting and getting the best out of teams and budgets, both large and small.
She is passionate about people development and training the next generation and is an executive coach, facilitator and lecturer, specialising in emotional intelligence and personal skills to excel in the workplace.
She has always been energised by contributing to the community. Currently a trustee of the London Community Foundation, Board member of the Event Apprenticeships, volunteer at The Vision drop-in centre and speaker for Founder4Schools.
Geeky interests include London transport, open water swimming and darts.

Lisa-Jane has over 15 years’ experience in end-to-end management of high profile, strategic corporate events, as well as private events for HNW individuals. She has a deep understanding of the core elements that make an event, or programme of events successful – from developing the best creative approach and creative event design, through to logistical and technical execution.
Geeky interests include volunteering, nutrition and mirrors.
Ben van Grutten
Ben is one of the country’s leading Technical and Production Directors. With an excellent track record in all aspects and disciplines of the industry, he brings a huge amount of technical knowledge and calmness to every project. He is responsible for the technical production, the crew and health and safety.
Geeky interests include classic cars, eBay and hats.
As Events Manager, Celia is highly organised with a keen eye for detail and has her finger on the pulse for all your event needs. She has 12 years' events experience in the UK and Australia, and has honed her skills on numerous international, corporate and public-facing events, with audiences ranging from 40 to 80,000. Her organisational skills and attention to detail deliver the best guest experience for clients.
Geeky interests include stationery, knitting and murder mysteries.
