Rosanna Machado LVO
Rosanna started her career in the events industry 25 years ago and it was here that she truly appreciated the value of emotional intelligence in navigating difficult situations and strengthening relationships.
She helps people connect to themselves, their purpose, their colleagues and their business as an Executive coach, Consultant, Facilitator and Group Coach. She is particularly passionate about deepening self-awareness and improving emotional intelligence, which comes through in my blogs, speaking and workshops.

The Platinum Jubilee Pageant
From March 2021 to March 2023, Rosanna was the CEO of the Platinum Jubilee Pageant. She had 15 months to create a once in a lifetime spectacular event to thank Her Late Majesty; to look back with gratitude on 70 years of dedicated service, and, to look forward with optimism to our shared future.
From the outset, Rosanna wanted to create a lasting legacy past the day itself and to ensure that the Pageant had a positive impact on the communities it touched.
The project showcased everything that Rosanna is about – Event direction, coaching of team members and interns, speaking about the project, making a positive impact on the community and she managed to fit in a Channel Relay Swim in July 2021 too!
