Rosanna Machado LVO

Rosanna started her career in the events industry over 20 years ago and it was here that she truly appreciated the value of emotional intelligence in navigating difficult situations and strengthening relationships.

She is passionate about deepening self-awareness and awareness of others to fulfil your full potential. Rosanna’s own journey overcoming swimming fears has been instrumental in deepening her own self-awareness.

Awareness, empathy and creative expression feature strongly in the events she runs, how she coaches, and what she writes and speaks about. She is also passionate about contributing to the community in any way she can.

Rosanna is values-driven with respect, integrity, compassion, creativity and community at the heart of everything she does.

She has run high-profile events including the Platinum Jubilee Pageant, the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant and the G8 Summit. She thrives on building communities through managing senior and varied stakeholder groups, as well as mentoring and inspiring teams.

She is passionate about people development and training the next generation. She is an Executive coach, facilitator and lecturer, specialising in emotional intelligence and personal skills to excel in the workplace. An ambassador for deepening self-awareness through blogs, speaking and workshops.

She is energised by contributing to the community - currently a volunteer at WeSwim disabled swimming club, trustee at the Thames Festival Trust, speaker for Founder4Schools and offers pro bono coaching to charities and individuals.

A keen open water swimmer who writes and speaks about the mental health benefits of swimming and finding your own time each week to pause and reset.
